Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how your resume is handled.

Pending final legal review — this policy describes current data handling and will be finalized before general availability.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and name. Submitting a pilot application creates an account for the email address you provide, and we email you a sign-in link so you can track it.
  • Resume files: the CV you upload, the tailored versions our desk produces from it, and which version was used for each application.
  • Run data: your target parameters, approved dispatch targets, the applications sent on your behalf, and recruiter responses.
  • Verification evidence: the company, verification method, and source link logged for each screener counted toward your guarantee.
  • Technical data: error reports (error message, stack trace, route, and browser user-agent) used to keep the service working.

How your resume is handled

Your resume is used to produce tailored versions for the specific targets you approve and for nothing else. It is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls: only you (through your account) and screened desk staff can view it. We never sell your resume or share it with third parties — except submitting it to a prospective employer as part of an application you approved, which is the service itself.

Why we process data

To run your dispatch cycle (tailoring, submitting, tracking, verifying), to communicate run status through your dashboard and notifications, to administer payments, refunds, and the screener guarantee, and to keep the service secure and abuse-free.

Payments

Card payments for Starter are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Manual invoices are processed by our desk and we retain only the payment reference needed to prove a cycle was paid.

Where data lives

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase/Postgres and storage buckets) protected by row-level security policies. Access is role-gated: desk staff see only what running your cycle requires. A pilot application submitted before creating an account is saved on your device only until you sign in and sync it.

Retention and deletion

We keep run and payment records for as long as needed to administer the guarantee and meet tax/accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account, resumes, and run data at any time through the desk; verification and payment records may be retained where legally required. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
