What the service is

JITTS is a managed job application service. Our desk tailors your resume to each approved target, submits applications on your behalf at an agreed volume, tracks every dispatch in your dashboard, and verifies recruiter responses — logging each verified screener with its evidence. Submission volume is matched to real role density and is an input, not the product.

Tiers, cycles, and payment

Each tier covers one 30-day cycle, priced per cycle. There is no recurring billing: when a cycle ends, a renewal only happens if you confirm it and pay for the new cycle.

• Starter — $100 per cycle10 verified-screener guarantee target · volume matched to role density (60–350 submissions).
• Pro Cadence — $250 per cycle18 verified-screener guarantee target · volume matched to role density (120–600 submissions).
• Executive Blitz — $500 per cycle30 verified-screener guarantee target · volume matched to role density (200–900 submissions).

A run opens only after your application is approved and payment is confirmed. Today, online checkout is available for Starter; Pro Cadence and Executive Blitz are invoiced manually by the desk (online checkout for those tiers is coming soon). Add-ons are requested from inside your dashboard while a run is active, invoiced separately, and start once payment clears.

The verified-screener guarantee

Every tier carries a screener target. If your run completes and verified screens are below your tier's target at Day 30, you choose a full refund of that cycle's price or a rollover into the next cycle. A verified screener is:

• A recruiter screen or phone screen,
• An interview invite from a human at the company, or
• A hiring manager reply asking to schedule time.

The following do not count toward the target:

• Automated rejection emails
• HireVue or other one-way robot interview links
• Generic "we received your application" auto-replies
• Mass recruiter spam unrelated to a role we applied to

Refunds

If the guarantee isn't met, you choose: a full refund of that cycle's price to the original payment method, or rolling the balance into the next cycle — no prorating, no credits. Manual payments are refunded through the same channel they were paid by. Refunds are processed after the Day-30 verdict is recorded in your dashboard.

Eligibility

You must meet the baseline qualifications for your target roles and hold valid work authorization. Applying takes six fields (name, email, target title, target country, work authorization, years of experience), and a reviewer confirms within one business day whether your parameters can support a realistic application volume. No payment is taken until your application is approved.

Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate resume and truthful background information.
• Approve your dispatch targets before applications go out.
• Respond to recruiter and interview activity the service generates for you.
